Ärende: Censoring Echomail

It has been reported by Ward Dossche that a sysop known
as Black Hole Bob is censoring echomail.  The self-appointed
Z1C (Janis Kracht) claims it is not censorship, but rather an
act of free choice.  Not quite sure how she came up with that
logic, but it gets weirder.  Another sysop took the libery
to chime in with his own thoughts on the matter, claiming to
have done the very same thing that Black Hole Bob is doing.
Here is what that sysop had to say -

We made a huge mistake 5 years ago, I know I was a huge part of
that, it should be a teaching/learning process. You openly advertise
to pre-filter a message echo, even if you have people who signed up,
and you are dividing it into 2 feeds, casts a huge shadow over your
credibility. Alot of aspersions have been thrown at you, I cannot
speak to the validity of them, but this certainly does not help you.

Tim Richardson, a non-sysop participant in various Fidonet echoes,
claims that Ross Cassell continues to censor Fidonet, by refusing to
allow him and others to participate in the Fidonews echo.  According
to Tim Richardson, that sysop is in the same position as Ed Koon,
being forced to play according to the rules of Ross Cassell.  And
given that Ross Cassell has the full blessing of Janis Kracht, that
makes it a conspiracy.  Unnerstan'?

So, let's test this little theory of Tim Richardson and see if he
is right, or if he is off his rocker -

Will you kindly turn on the faucet to the Fidonews echo for Tim
Richardson so that he can play with everybody else?  Thank you for
