The onus on him is to have known better.

A. He is a Lawyer, he had the knowledge on what not to do.

B. He was older, wiser and the one with authority however direct or indirect
over her.

C. He had the most to lose because of his position, and the fact that he was
married, she had the least to lose.

Trying to shunt more blame onto her and away from him is STUPID of you Bill.

You essentially say it was Lewinsky's responsibility to have STOPPED him, do
you know what that implies?

So you want to excoriate the tattle teller? Why on earth are you bemoaning and
faulting Lewinsky or Tripp?

Our elected officials, and ESPECIALLY the POTUS (and family) live under a
humongous microscope, get over the fact that Lewinsky confided like a school
aged girl, Tripps age is irrelevant.. There is no real age to define when
people may or may not choose to confide to another.

You act like Tripp and Lewinsky violated the law of the liberals!!
