Again, I've said over and over again fault was with CLinton as well.  I am to
denying that but to deny that Lewinski was strutting around like a peacock over
this your living in a fantasy.  She knew the risks and so did Clinton but as I
said, she opened up to Tripp, who recorded the messages at the request of an
ultra-conservative writer.  Funny how the no one in the Paula Jones case knew
of Lewinski till the middle of December of 1997.  Two days later she was issued
a supeona. Coincidence?  Don't think so. 

Go search for the timeline on the events. Clinton was guilty of being an ass
and he tried to cover it up.  It was the perfect setup being Tripp had the
tapes but the problem was they were recorded illegally.  In walked Starr...
poof.. legal!!

I'm not in clinton's head and I've said over and over again he was wrong. 
You're angry and disturbed over the facts surrounding the case and how
illegally recorded tapes was the smoking gun.

Nope, never said she did but she recorded it.... illegally.

Ross, I'm just stating the facts and giving you the timeline on how things went
down.  I wouldn't have put myself in that position but what I don't understand
is why do you think I would know Clinton's thoughts. IF Tripp never recorded
the conversation, Goldberg (being an ultra-conservative most likely leaked the
information to Jones' attorney), Paula Jones wouldn't have even known Lewinski
much less get an affidavit. I don't have a problem with him getting punished...
he lied... but what started this entire FUBAR was my bringing up the so-called
higher standards of the three Speakers who thought their shit didn't stink and
went after him like a bull in a chinashop.  No matter how hard you try... if
there are skeletons in one's closet (which there were BIG time) don't go
beating the bushes trying to "catch a thief".... it will always come back and
bite you in the ass.
