Tim is allowed to play on C.G. Learn's BBS.  C.G. Learn has
the Fidonews available on his BBS, but is clearly locking Tim
out against the wishes of the moderator of the Fidonews.

C.G. Learn most certainly is.

Feel free to drop the Fidonews from your system.  That is
something you do have control over.  However, you are not the
moderator of the Fidonews.  As such, you are not able to make
that decision (as to who should be allowed read/write access).

This is Björn Felten's house.  Not C.G. Learn's house.
And most definitely not your house.  But you are welcome
here.  Just like Tim Richardson.  And so many others.

Björn Felten is the moderator, and as moderator has ruled that
ALL who wish to participate in this echo have full read/write
access.  Not just some or most, but ALL.  That does include you.
And Tim.  And a dog named Boo.

If you want to deny yourself read/write access to this echo,
you most certainly are free to do so.  No rules are necessary
to tell you that.  Just areafix the echo so that you can no
longer be bothered with having to read it.
