Very destructive.  But still not classified as WMDs.
Biological weapons are WMDs.  Chemical weapons are WMDs.
But not nuclear weapons.  Just because a weapon happens
to be destructive does not mean it is classified as WMD.

The same as I said before.  They are very destructive.
But still not classified as WMD.
