You can't.  They've been there forever.  Alexander the Great
tried to do it.  They cut his balls off.  Today, instead of cutting
off balls, they cut off heads.  But the end result is the same.

Muslims are much more direct, preferring to send a personal envoy
to make their point known.  Their devices are low-tech, and need no
outside computer experts to monitor them.  All that is needed is
to cry "Allah Akhbar!" and press one little button.

Taliban means "students".  That implies somebody taught them
what to do, and how to do it.

The Taliban is just a terror organization inside of Afghanistan.
A local gang.  Nothing more.  But they are armed, which makes them
dangerous.  An armed gang, with religious fervor, bent on spreading
their message of hate.  Not quite as bad as some other terror groups,
as the Taliban limits their own activities to within Afghanistan.

Naturally, they want us to leave their country.  Just as they wanted
the Soviets to leave.  And the British.  And the Greeks.  And whoever
else happened to try to make Afghanistan their home.

By what right do we have to invade their country?  And stay there
forever?  Afghanistan is not our home.  We have no right to tell them,
or anybody else, what to do or how to live their lives.  If they want
to live in caves, grow beards, and make slaves of their women, that
is their own business.

Osama bin Laden was not Taliban.  Those who attacked us on 9-11
were not Taliban.  They were Muslim, yes.  They were terrorists,
yes.  But the Taliban had nothing to do with it.  The people of
Afghanistan were terrorized by the same terrorists as we were.

We cannot make war on the world and expect the rest of the world
to remain friends with us.  In fact, the rest of the world would
view us as their enemy, not their friend.  And a lot of good that
would do us.

Terrorists are like cockroaches.  But who are the terrorists?
Us or them?  That is the question.

We invaded their country.  What did they ever do to deserve that?
The Taliban were harsh on their own people, but did nothing to
extend their misrule to other places.  Had we chosen to act on
humanitarian grounds, we may have even been in the right.  But that
is not what we did.  We invaded Afghanistan because we could.  We
stayed in Afghanistan because we could.  We installed a puppet
government in Afghanistan that we liked because we could.  The
people of Afghanistan never had a vote or a voice in this matter.

Hillary Clinton voted in favor of the Patriot Act, which made
the USA kind of a "fenced settlement" apart from the rest of the
world.  Hillary Clinton voted in favor of the authorization to
use force for GWB in regards to Iraq, thus giving him the green
light to invade Iraq based on false pretenses.

Cyrus Vance, Secretary of State under President Jimmy Carter, was
an honorable man, one of our nation's finest, choosing to resign in
protest of President Carter's decision to send helicopters into Iran
in an ill-fated attempt to free American hostages being held.

Colin Powell, Secretary of State under Governor George W. Bush,
was not an honorable man, choosing to tell lies at the United Nations
in defense of his boss, who was hell-bent on invading Iraq, a country
that had absolutely nothing to do with the events of 9-11, and had
no WMDs (except in the minds of those with vivid imaginations).
