Aborigines were in Australia long before the white man started
sending prisoners and other refuse to the place.

The people in the USA pay very little in taxes when compared
with what people in other countries pay.

Schools in the USA are very successful.  Just look at all the
athletes who have graduated and won gold medals.  Michael Phelps,
winner of 22 gold medals and counting ...

According to the government's Foreign Assistance report, the
USA spent $35 billion in foreign aid in 2014 (as reported by
CNN).  The $5.9 billion for military funding represented 17%
of the estimated $35 billion the USA spent.

75% of that military funding goes to two countries, Israel
($3.1 billion) and Egypt ($1.3 billion).

A total of 140 countries receive foreign aid from the USA.

A few more numbers -

Of the $5.9 billion in foreign military funding in 2014 -

1. Israel ($3.1 billion)
2. Egypt ($1.3 billion)
3. Iraq ($300 million)
4. Jordan ($300 million)
5. Pakistan ($280 million)

That is Middle East (64%), Africa (23%), equalling (86%) of total.

Of the $35 billion on foreign economic aid -

1. Israel ($3.1 billion)
2. Egypt ($1.5 billion)
3. Afghanistan ($1.1 billion)
4. Jordan ($1 billion)
5. Pakistan ($933 million)

Those numbers do not include loans, some of which do not have
to be paid back.

Does the USA spend a lot on foreign aid?  Not much, when compared
with other countries, such as Japan.

If the USA really was serious about influencing other countries,
and having the respect of peoples from other lands, it has to get
serious about sending more than token amounts.  The people need
hospitals, staffed with real doctors and nurses, not a tent used
to euthanize animals.
