Ok, I found it.


First of all....the stuff these guys were discussing for deletion, and
subsequently did delete, wasn't really `theirs' to do that with.


They were a publicly-funded University (all of them who were, and whose
work also) were connected with a university, either here in the US or
over there in England.


Public taxes were paying for what they were `studying' and the information
they gained from those `studies' belonged to those who paid for it being
done.


See....politicians open a door when they vote to pour taxpayer money into
these weird-ass `studies'; it's taxpayer money that pays for the information
to be searched for, which makes it taxpayer property.


Many (if not all) of the salaries, travel expenses, equipment costs, etc etc,
are paid for with taxpayers money, the end result belongs to the taxpayers.


So, when they discuss defeating Freedom of Information acts by refusing to
turn over subpoena'd information, or delete wholesale, information that the
taxpayers paid a majority of the costs to gather, they are cheating the
taxpayers out of property that rightfully belongs to the taxpayers.

Back then, I furnished some of the message traffic between Mann, Phil Jones
and a few others, discussing withholding, and/or deliberately deleting the
relevant information....and then asked a few simple questions, which nobody
seemed able to answer.


I don't recall if you were involved in the thread back then, but just in case
you weren't......here's your chance to put this `global warming-morphed-into-
climate-change' to rest once and for all.


Just answer a few simple questions:


1. If `global warming morphed-into-climate-change' is so real....why did the
CRU unit of East Anglia University wrongfully deny, or otherwise prevent
proper disclosure ala Freedom of Information Act requests?


If you are so adamant that, what you are putting out is so real....surely
you'd want as much information that `proved' your point correct to be
gotten out, wouldn't you? You wouldn't try to hide it, refuse it's being
disclosed. After all, the `planet is doomed' was the main message, with
the `preventive medicine' being the outlay of billions (if not trillions)
of taxpayer money, the raising of heating, electricity and vehicle fuel
costs as a `punishment' for doing such damage to the planet.


So...deliberately denying the information upon which so much taxpayer
money hangs on, or deleting it would, obviously, counter-productive to
your whole objective, wouldn't it?


In one email written by Phil Jones he says:


"If they ever hear there is a Freedom of Information Act now in the UK, I
think I'll delete the file rather than send to anyone."


And in that same email he speaks of someone named Tom Wigley and says:


"Tom Wigley has sent me a worried email when he heard about it-thought people
could ask him for his model code. He has retired officially from UEA so he can
hide behind that."


So...

2. Why would they be worried about revealing his "model code"? If its all so
real...wouldn't you think they'd want all the information that proved their
claims out there in public?


Further on in that same email thread it becomes obvious that he's refering to
the computer programing code that creates the `model', one or some of which
they're basing many of their `climate doomsday' claims on.

3. If its all so real...why would they want to conceal the computer code or
programing on which they base their `computer model'? If its so real...why
wouldn't they want all that out there for all to see?


In an email May 29, Jones says:

"Can you delete any emails you may have had with Keith re AR4? Keith will
do likewise. [...] Can you email Gene and get him to do the same? [...] We
will be getting Casper to do likewise


AR4 is an `Assessment Report'. Part of the United Kingdom's FOI law makes it
a court action to deliberately withhold or destroy such information.


Unfortunately, there is also a very short time limit for doing so.


but...


4. If this whole climate thing is so real....why would they want emails
discussing and important part of that whole scenario deleted? What is it
they are afraid of the whole world finding out? Quite obviously they want
to conceal something; what?


And here's just a few side-bar questions;


1. Why should the taxpayers have to file `FOI' requests for information THEY
paid for to begin with? If the politicians in either Washington, DC or #10
Downing Street, were the honest souls they always claim to be, they'd do a
better job of controling what the taxpayers' money was put out to obtain.


2. If all this Man-made `global warming-morphed-into-climate-change' is so
real, why this concerted effort by so many taxpayer-funded `researchers' to
conceal data? Why this (what someone labeled) "...culture of non-disclosure"?


You'd think if something is as real as these `researchers' claim it is, they'd
want to aggressively publish it. All of it....don't you think?

See...just a few simple questions got me on the wrong side of a bunch of
people here in Fidoland, and I was put through an outright banning, a
difficult time from one person who made it pretty impossible for me to
use his board anymore (a friend of Kracht), and another one who sang the
`fairness to all' song, only to pretty well lock me out of his board as
well.


So....lets see how you do with it.
