I understand they are rather strict regards drinking and driving, with some
very heavy penalties.  They are getting that way more and more over here as
well.  When I think back to the stupid things we did in our 20's, I wonder
sometimes how I am still alive.  I think my car knew its way home moreso then I
did at times <G> or perhaps that should be :(

Bargain prices to them, but not to us over here <G>.  We have the same thing in
North America.  Depending on the value of the dollar, crossborder shopping goes
eitherway.  When our dollar was so much weaker then the US dollar, we used to
book a hotel accross the border so we could go shopping.  Had to be more then
48 hours.  The place was full of Canadians <G>
