Thank you for trying. Some people would rather make up excuses than try to find
the real issue. I've admitted today that I was able to connect to his BBS and
mailer as well, so maybe it was a 'kick in the pants'.

Agreed. Unfortunately this echo is all about arguing, rather then the
betterment (wtf?) of this network.

I would never have said otherwise. I think at one time I even invited him to my
'othernet' for the fact of making sure where you live wasn't a hinderance.

So who can tell them? I think the reason I went off on Janis (after getting
insulted) was because she would be the best candidate. She talks to him more
than any of us. Help him fix the nodelist segments and we have nothing to bitch
about anymore. We can carry on with arguments of what happened 20 years ago
again! :)

If he needs real help (and can understand english), I will gladly help. I've
done a lot for this technology in the recent past, and know what I'm doing.

See, where I don't get...

An RC or ZC or whatever, has helped MANY people, no matter what their
configuration. They've adapted, and gotten that person setup. These days, If
the RC knows Synchronet, that's all the help that applicant will get. Blah,
before I start another argument, I'll leave it right there. :(
