shutting up since it's very clear that you don't know what you are talking

      Since when would a temporary node number of 1:140/999 be considered
'under the RC".  I make it under NC140.  Betcha don't even know who that is
without looking it up.

      Or (more likely) the person 'helping' the new node didn't have a clue!
