LOL!!! You would have a hard time enforcing such a consideration since
you killed the next higher wearing of the hat by being the worst that ever
happened to Fidonet.

Bart isn't listed in Z1 because he hasn't requested such. I'm sure that
the situation would be quite different from yours, as he has a reason to
ask for asylum from Z2C dictator retaliation.

If you can read it, then you know that you're not welcome in that echo,
not because the Z1C has mandated it, but because your demeanor has made it
unpopular for you to have legitmate access to it.  When the time comes
that your source is trapped by his/her own doing, he/she will lose their
feed to the echo and possibly excommed in the same process.
