ok, I understood that the number of seats is 30 and you have had a far smaller 
number in place that is not very democratic nor presents a wide enough spread 
of knowledge to assist in the task at hand.

When looking or examining standards in as far documentation it is important to 
have as wide a range of experiences as possible and that includes the logical 
as well as the feasible.

My role as RC that was thrust upon me due to the previous leaving fido was not 
rally a matter of choice but of the only one who could due to a very small 
segment that had a real contact address and was in regular communication 
within and outside of the region. In that I covered the requirements.

I do not see how the RC of a segment of 4 nodes that are not listed as PVT can 
interfere with the workings of the group after all its not that I'm standing 
as the administrator etc.

And as soneone else pointed out the rate of shrinkage of the fido nodelists 
means that it will be almost impossible to find the required number of 
prospective members to draw from.  Also When you called for nominee's you did 
not specify who was'n't elligible to stand.

Almost forgot, all candidates can vote, therefore all that stand can also vote 
for themselves as applies in all elections here the USA and every where else. 
This does not create an 'undue advantage' over others as the persentages are 
exactly the same.

I repeat I wish to stand as a member not in anyway in an administrator role.
