i just wanted to let you know that i am not ignoring your question(s)... i am
trying to formulate a reply but it is hard because there are two sides and both
have merit... there may even be a third side depending on how one looks at
things... i have seen some documents in the past that do detail what not to do
but those were with the first or second FTSC and not this third one we are in
now...

NOTE: i count three FTSCs because the first one went silent for several years
and was then resurrected by the second which developed the majority of the
current bylaws and rules that the FTSC follows... then that group also went
silent and the FTSC was again restarted by a third group which we are members
of... i've been a party to FTSC goings on since the ending year or two of the
first FTSC... at that time i was a mail mover shuffling the FTSC mail between
Z1 and Z2... after that i was asked to formally join the group by being
nominated in a selection process like this current one... i've been with the
FTSC ever since...
