What's "electronic imitative deception"?  And what's "call box"?
A telephone used for prank calling, you mean?

Pranks can be done by telephone or otherwise. . .


OOOOOO MAMA! How 'bout  rubbing some of that fluffy pink insulation on the
toilet paper? OOOH BOY. Just don't forget and wipe your own ass with it.
This one always results in that deep down itch which can only be satisfied

It was the college dormitory pranks I remember most. 

Putting an open can of tuna fish on one of the slats below the box springs.  
don't know odor 'til you smell a week-old can of tuna fish or sardines.  

Back in the days when all dormitory phones were black, putting black shoe 
polish on the receiver of a guy's phone who liked to spend hours talking to 
his girl.  

On Friday night when a lot of the guys were out at the beer halls whooping 
it up, putting Saran Wrap in the toilet bowl & then putting the lid down. 
Nope,
 
drunks never noticed it until their deposit was returned.   KM

In a looong bank line-up, start carefully pulling on a pair of
gloves(latex would be good!) then say to someone in front of you, "now
might be a good chance to leave!"

In an airport, walk up behind someone, and JUST STAND there, until they
sebse your presence, then say to them, very seriously, "Don't take the
flight!"

In a bar/workplace/etc. walk up to a woman(who is alone!) and ask her,
"Will you be walking out to your car by yourself later?"
