As early as I can remember, staring with my mother,
there is a family chant this time of the year:

"Easter time is the time for eggs, the time
for eggs is Easter time"

The whole family decorates eggs, hunt for hidden chocolate eggs
all over the house...
And end with a sumptous lamb dinner.
Exactly what my family is going to do this year.

I love Easter...

Mind you, I don't concentrate much of the point of the holiday -
but I do know what it represents, and the disparate ways it is considered:
From the devout joy in the Reserection, to the nominal
reminder of the story, to the secular an occasion of family,
--family is what we DO - and its a nice reminder.

"Easter is Canceled" is another way of saying "Life can be dreary" :-)

First I've heard of it. Hmmm. Bee's wax? Why isn't wax mentioned on the
lable? Isn't wax as expensive as Chocolate?

What IS cheap chocolate, anyway. Milk Chocolate? Dark chocolate?
Hershey bars? Cooking chocolate?

Everything but fudge? Mmmmmm....

Not everyone who decries Christian faith are

You on the other hand are taking in great gobs of knowledge
every hour? It seems that those whose minds are completely made up about
anything cease to learn. You should look in the mirror to make sure
the person you see there is smarter that all those who differ with you.

Well, after reading the two volumes of Bultmann's New Testament Theology,
and studied C.H. Dodd's Realized Eshcatology, some Tillich, some Barth,
doing graduate word in Systematic Theology, Post Reformational Theoloy,
and Pauline theology, plus reading (over the course of a year, 
Aquinas' Summa Theologica...allow me to differ.

As interesting as God is, human consciousness is the  mystery
