That's funny.  A big time scientist like you will understand that there 
are three different scientific statements:

A scientific fact is a controlled, repeatable and/or rigorously verified 
observation.

A scientific law is a statement of an observed regularity among facts, 
often expressible as a simple mathematical relationship.

A scientific theory is an integrated conceptual framework for reasoning 
about a class of phenomena, which is able to coordinate existing facts 
and laws and sometimes provide predictions of new ones.

Darwinism is a theory but that doesn't mane that parts of it haven't be 
observed regularly.  I have never stated otherwise.  However, where you 
and your ilk fall way short in your understanding is in the limits of 
our science.  We are limited to a small physical band of our view of the 
universe.  To assume that all that is can be observed through our narrow 
view into the vast universe is naive and foolish.  Likewise there are 
many things which Darwinism is incapable of explaining, especially how 
things came into being and were ordered the way that they are.  
Evolution does a better job of attempting to explain how things in 
nature adapt and change over time.
