I do have a problem as to 'alternative theories'. It would lead to
school-by-school divisiveness from both sides of the rope. Evolution has as
much support as Chemistry, Bacteriology, Physics...in Biology the mustard
seed being the very smallest seed can not be taught as an 'alternative
theory.'

I remember when it happened. I was puzzled that people made a big deal out
of it one way or the other. Personally I think at the time of nationally
fighting god-less communism the change was made and was accepted as a
reminder that we weren't 'no damn commie'.. Now, I wish it wasn't there,
but I don't advocate its removal.

I have read Jefferson's Bible? An astounding book! A great read! It makes
no allusion to Jesus' divinity for one thing...no miracles for another.

No, no this ain't no damn sermon no siree Bob! It'd take a good part of the
Washington Monument to get all of that down. And NOooooo body follows those
very specific laws. One  I particularly like: Hewing a rock to shape,
profanes it. I thing that is true. I've never seen a pretty brick, but many
pretty rocks and to break them _would_ be to 'profane' them...
