Ward, I wrote this not contrary personally you - I illustrate out-of-date

Has passed a lot of time, the situation has changed.

You understand that the majority RC's in the zone does not want any changes -
reactionaries conservatives...

Analogue, and I not agree with your "sufficient large".

You have proclaimed a principle of proportionality of weight of RC voice to
number of sysops. Hence, voice R50C for you should be enough. For objectivity
we shall add the requirement still a minimum of one RC, supporting idea of
re-elections.
