True, and i don't have Anatoli to translate for me.  If I had the text though,
I know some folks who could.

Yes, that was a query we had in Z6.  Li wanted to create 5-6 regions or at the
minimum, 1 for Alex and Vladimir?  Anatoli refused to do it.  This was back
before I came to take over.  I can look up the date but will be around Xmas
time 2004 roughly, give or take a few months.

Same here.  One of those early talks in the Z6 sysop echo was me explaining to
(I think it was Vladimir) that we couldnt make some 10 or 15 RC slots.  The
number jumped around and was normally the upper end or even higher.  He didnt
understand nodelist structure well enough with the numbering system.

Yup.  Without more information (which you do not have anymore than I do) it was
a dead issue.
