Actually, same issues with bounced netmail and dual listings, but I think it
would go smoother with me there to manage it.  maybe i'm a little egotistical
on that, but I have a moderate view on how to make things work well over large
things and this is one I have thought about.

Yes, they could have.  They do not want that either though.

Yes.  As otherplaces noted, it's not 'written in stone' but each zone knows
what set they are alloted.  Z6 has 10 just like Z1 has.  Since we've not used
them all in any time i have been here, I have to make 'reasonable man guess'
we are 60-69.  I'd have to check though to see for sure.
