Indeed. Splitting up zone 2 does not mean losing nodes. It juste means more
votes to oppose you.

Wromg premise. A small minority wants to leave Z2.

Actually I don't think they want to leave Z2 pers se. I think they will be
happy if they stay and the rest of zone 2 left....

They are not slavs, not mosyt of them, but even if they were, why not? Slavs
*are* European you know.

If these dissidents decide to leave... well I can't stop them, so good bye and
good luck.  But I won't support them creating a new overlapping zone. If they
leave they leave.

Who knows. Maybe they are unhappy with what is happeninG in their own Region
and are projecting it on the current ZC. Haven't you noticed they do not seem
to be too happy with their own RC either? he does not seem to support their
case. If he did, where is he?

No, they seldom do. They make noise and perhaps threaten to leave, but they
seldom leave their area. They do  that only when chased out. People seldom
Voluntarily leave their place. Not here in Europe.

Right. And where are the now? Where is that dissident Ruth Argust with het
cats? She left FidoNet. That alwasy happens with dissidents. It is no use
trying to keep the unhappy in By giving them their own net/region/zone. They
will find something else to be unhappy about and in the end leave anyway.

You keep ignoring the fact that we are dealing with just a handful of
dissidents. *They* may leave. If they do, goodbye and good luck. The *Russians*
