relaying what? good grief, how much traffic do you send out on a daily basis?

i don't have static... heck, i don't even have dsl or cable and can't get
either due to distance restrictions and satellite is definitely out of the
question...

no... it is best to use your ISP as a smarthost and not relay mail for others
than your own system...
