That's why my head hurts... so often.  :)  I did a new install on my little
Dell Latitude 2100 last night, instead of an upgrade, using the USB.  I wanted
to test U'u in preparation for possibly selling it to my SIL.

It originally came factory-supplied with U'u 09.04 but following U'u 09.10 &
10.04 upgrades failed on two separate occasions, so I switched it over to Puppy
Linux on two partitions providing a multi-boot facility between two different
version of Puppy, whenever new versions of it became available.  That way I was
always able to migrate my documents, music & saved videos to the newest
version.

U's still allows for a multi-boot between itself and the two latest-installed
Puppy versions.  That was nice as I can migrate all of my stuff to U'u without
the need to transfer anything via the network or USB things.  Of course I'll
have to wipe everything out when it does come time to sell but the stuff on the
Latitude is just a second form of an external backup of my stuff on this U'u PC
anyway.

Ed, there are versions for Windows, Mac and Linux.  Though, I fox-pawed on
Jean's situation as it cannot run Mac stuff in a vBox.  :(  (I remember now
that Alan told me so as well.)  However, I have actually slipped a copy of my
MS-DOS 6.22 vBox's HDD to a Fido-feller running the Windows version, and it
booted! (he says).
