Well, that's part of the fun for me, so it's a no-brainer..

Why?

There are a lot of reasons like mystic being pretty buggy in every concern, not
having decent config-files but a proprietary configuration program bound to a
resolution of 80x25, not being opensource, doing too much at once, but the
first most reason is: 'Cause I wanted to.

Which pretty much is the definition of "chances"... ;) Chances are, I'm the one
doing wrong, chances are, he is doing wrong. The whole purpose of this thread
is finding evidence like: Does his NC see any problems?

Yes, that's what I said.. ..But the question is: Do YOU (being his NC, I
guess?) have the same problems? Does he still poll his mail? Is there still
mail coming from his system? Did you try to write him the last month of two and
did you get an answer?
There should be no status-changes for him only because of what one single
newbie, me,  said..

So 151 and 152 are his akas, too? I didn't check that, yet.. Will try sending

Yes, I did.
And I will continue "collecting" othernets, 'cause that's just part of the fun
for me..
I'm not a big writer nor reader on any of these ftn-networks, including fido,
but what I do with a passion is configuring, installing, managing these
networks and my ftn setup as a whole. As soon as one network is running stable,
it's less interesting for me.. Fido's running perfectly since 2 years, so... ;)

I guess we just have different approaches to this...
