why keep the booting process fokus ? :=)

you will need to add kernel boot options to make the grup equal screen, so when
grub quit it is takeing over in kernel space, if you dont want it to be a
problem in x11 :=)

too complicated question, google gentoo splashsreen wallpapers, and find how to
enable your fb0 in kernel space, so it survive grup quit

imho vga and mode is needed in kernel boot options
