Oh... That will preclude Grub for the newest subject, and future ones. (With
fortune.) You know about my allergy to cryptic syntax, but I did find a GUI
Lilo tool, that seems to take care of all the fiddly bits, and even scours the
drive for kernels, Linux or otherwise.

BTW, I have a netmail resent to you with this upload, regarding the device you
wanted me to look into.

I then went to jfs.s for the experiment, and that worked. I've recompiled
since, with one success, and now another lockup. Things are as they should be.

I later read, the bundled "huge26.?" and "test26.?" were dependant on other
subdirectories (on the third CD?) for "proper operation." (Or somesuch.) But,
unless I call up a module manually??? <Scratching head>

Well, I can't say I've ever climbed a tower, so I don't know what I'm missing.
