My external USB reader can read 12 diffent types of cards in 4 slots,
including 32 GB SDHC cards, provided they're formatted with HPFS, JFS,
or FAT32 and LVM volumes have been created.

BASEDEV=USBMSD.ADD  - - - -  /REMOVABLES:14 <- this number should be the
number of different types of cards your reader can read plus 2. IOW, if
your reader can read 6 types of cards, then removables should be 8 --
with mine reading 12, it's 14.

These newer cameras tend to use exFAT, particularly the ones which can
record videos. There is no OS/2 IFS driver for exFAT, so if the camera
uses it, the card can't be read under OS/2, period (DFSee reports these
cards as a large floppies and unusable by OS/2). Apparently there is a
Linux IFS driver for exFAT, so I'm hoping . . .

HTH,
Pete
