Two issues worth mentioning:

1.  While using the pre-releases, I discovered that I could not log into
    an on-line banking account.  The bank's technical support ultimately
    got out of it by stating that they don't support betas.  Now that
    Firefox 4 is no longer a beta, one of the first things I tried was
    to log into that particular on-line banking account.  It still didn't
    work.  Unfortunately, technical support has not been able to tell me
    specifically what "Error 3400" means, so it's hard to tell the
    developers where the problem might lie.  Earlier in the technical
    support session, I was told that Flash was required (it's not), and
    that Flash was needed to set cookies (also not true), so even if
    someone had told me what Error 3400 means, I'm not sure I could have
    trusted it.

2.  Playing WebM videos at youtube hasn't been a very good experience for
    me.  I already mentioned how plugging in a USB memory key caused a
    video that was playing smoothly to suddenly start hiccuping.  Well,
    another "video" with a static picture started stuttering after I used
    the volume control on my machine.  Another video started stuttering
    after I launched a GUI app.  About the only thing I could do that
    didn't affect playback was typing text in an already-open command
    window.  In one case, I let the stuttering video continue playing to
    see if it would ever recover on its own when I stopped using the
    machine for other things, and it wound up crashing the whole machine
    with a Trap D in the OS/2 kernel.  I'm guessing the crash was related
    to something like DIVE and not Firefox specifically, but the stuttering
    is a fairly common problem.  In one case, I was not using the machine
    for anything else when stuttering started occurring.  With a 2.5 GHz
    processor and 2 GB of memory, I expect that I have enough horsepower
    with this machine to avoid stuttering youtube videos.  SNAP and a
    Matrox G450.
