nope... sockets are TCP/IP things... they are created and handed out as
needed... once not needed any more, they are "returned to the pot"... actually,
sockets are assigned incrementally until an upper limit is reached and then
they start at the bottom all over again...

netstat -s | more

the socket number is the first column if things still operate like Warp 3
Connect does...
