For Warp 4, TCPCFG.EXE, or the equivalent for the other versions of OS/2. Thats
why its so easy to end up with issues if you mix and match different version of
MPTS and TCP/IP and get them out of step.

If you upgrade from Base Warp 4 and go to MPTS 4.21 or later, then many things
change that REQUIRES a new TCPCFG.EXE (TCPCFG2.EXE???), but you only get the
new version of TCPCFG if you apply the TCP/IP applications upgrade as well.

Oliver Ricks site is a good source of the ins and outs of these relationships,
he can explain it heaps better than I can...

I am running IP 4.21 here and yes, my TCPCFG is broken, but thats not an issue
for me because TCPCFG is just a PM wrapper for all the text file editing thats
needed, and once you get your head around that you are fine. Also, TCPCFG has
an annoying bug when lines in Config.Sys get longer than about 256 bytes (or
something close to that).
