Sorry, I missed that last sentence about how you weren't sure how Parallels
works.

FWIW  I'm also waiting for a VMware product for the Intel Mac. While Parallels
fulfills my basic needs with W2k and the mac mini, I like the VMware products
and some part of me would feel more comfortable using them across the OS base
of Windows, Linux and OSx
