WOW, just when i thought it couldn't get any worse, i call xbox 360 customer
service to flip and see if i can get compensated for my troubles in any way for
my update bricked 360, if you flip you usually get a free crappy game. I get
some dude in India, i spend 1 hour on the phones partly because i had to repeat
myself so many times and they wanted to verify everything except my blood type.
So after flipping for a bit, this rep on the phone said he can send me a free
game out of 5 possible games for my trouble, PGR, PDZ, FIFA 06, Kameo, he
didn't know what the fifth game was, now these are games that can be found for
19.99 and I have all of these except FIFA, so i said what the hell, i'll take
this free piece of crap, the rep puts me on hold for 10 minutes and comes back
and says "i'm sorry, i've just been informed that we don't offer FIFA" im like
WTF, just been informed??? You put me on hold for 10 minutes to tell me you
cant give me something you just offered, i have worked in customer service for
15 years, this guy would have been fired where i have worked, Microsoft is
getting away with murder and no one is calling them on it.
