Note there are two ways to do it, the first way is you boot the CD and pick the
repair options, that one never works for me. The second way is you pick to do
an install, it finds windows is already installed and asks if you would like to
fix/upgrade (I forget what it calls it) that or wipe it and reinstall and
that's where I pick fixing it.
