Mike,

It isn't limited to DSL. I have periods of time where I have to do it =
regularly with my cable modem, but then for months at a stretch I don't. = I
think there is something about having a fixed IP address for the modem = and
then having another device behind it that does DHCP. I never had = this problem
with my DSL modem, which didn't have a fixed IP address. = May be conflicting
lease expiration times, god knows. Just happy it = hasn't happened for a while
