I've seen that needs to install three different activex browser helpers and
browser plugins, that do all the phoning home and screwing up of your web page
load times.

I'll never allow it on one of my computers again.  It doesn't even come with an
uninstall feature and isn't listed in add/remove software either.  Just like
lots of other spyware.
