No different.

I have no problem with Copyright per se & copyright infringement.

I have no problem with Patents per se & patent infringement.

I have a major problem with the period of enforced state monopoly of knowledge,
ideas & art which is current in Western countries.

I have a problem with inventing wholly spurious legal fantasies such as
"Intellectual property" which then purposefully invites the intellectually
challenged to think in terms of theft etc. Furthermore, it invites said
challenged types to invent other legal fantasies such as "Software piracy" etc
because somehow "copyright infringement" isn't sexy enough for them.

For one thing it is a statement of fact that all Copyrights & Patents are
public goods & are owned by "the people"/humanity & not as the creators would
have you believe, by the creators.

If you were thus to be one of those who thinks in terms of "theft" & "property"
etc then things like the Sonny Bono Copright extension act were some of the
greatest thefts of public property ever.

& that's before you approach the concepts of "human knowledge & art" &
"human progress" etc. along with "pay us or die" which is the basic sales
message of big pharma etc.
