In 1969 when Camile hit, many people moved out to never return and it took
several months to rebuild, yet NO didn't become a ghost town. Many people moved
_to_ NO in the years since.

So, that excuses mayor Nagin's decision to buy a house in Texas and move his
family there? Who will be overseeing the rebuilding of NO? The assiistant
mayor?
