BS> So I guess now you will contend that http://www.gopconvention.com
 BS> is an
 BS> undercover democrat site.

BS> You have not a shred of decency or ethics left John Hull.

Yeah, and you never had any. BFD.

BS> And yes John, your f*cking party of traitorous dogs ignore the law
 BS> when it
BS> suits them, in that respect it is no better than any of the
 BS> followers of
BS> petty satraps and tyrants that have afflicted mankind over the
 BS> millenia.

Who says they're ignoring the law? If you're so goddamn cocksure that's the
case, why aren't you calling up the DOD and dropping a dime on all those guys?

 BS> Today's GOP, a cancer on America.

BS> America's Armed Forces Show Strong Support for the GOP in 2004

BS> NEW YORK - Nearly one in five delegates to the 2004 Republican
 BS> National
BS> Convention is a veteran of the United States Armed Forces or an
 BS> active
BS> member of the military, the 2004 Republican National Convention
 BS> announced
BS> today. Veterans will make up 15 percent of the Republican
 BS> delegation and
BS> active military personnel will make up 3 percent of the delegates
 BS> traveling
BS> to New York City this month to re-nominate George W. Bush. In
 BS> comparison,
BS> when the Democrats gathered in Boston last month, veterans made up
 BS> only
BS> 11.5 percent of the delegates.

BS> "We're proud to announce that nearly one in five delegates to the
BS> Republican National Convention is a veteran or is currently
 BS> serving this
BS> country in our nation's Armed Forces. From the veterans who have
 BS> fought to
BS> protect and preserve the freedoms we enjoy today to the men and
 BS> women who
BS> are protecting us now as we fight the war on terror, they deserve
 BS> our
BS> thanks and gratitude. We appreciate their sacrifice and are
 BS> grateful for
BS> their service, both to their country and to our democratic
 BS> process," said
BS> Ed Gillespie, Chairman of the Republican National Committee.

BS> "The Republican Party is honored to have the support of America's
 BS> veterans
BS> and our active duty servicemen and women," said Bill Harris, CEO
 BS> of the
BS> 2004 Republican National Convention and U.S. Army veteran. "On
 BS> behalf of
BS> the 2004 Republican National Convention, it is truly an honor to
 BS> welcome
BS> the more than 860 veterans and active military personnel
 BS> participating in
BS> this month's four-day convention in New York City."

BS> In an unprecedented show of support for the Republican Party and
 BS> President
BS> Bush, 18 percent of the 2004 delegation identify themselves as
 BS> veterans or
BS> active military personnel. Approximately 4,800 delegates and
 BS> alternates in
BS> 55 delegations will travel to New York City this month. Over 15
 BS> percent are
BS> veterans, which means that approximately 720 men and women who
 BS> have worn a
BS> United States uniform will represent their home states in New York
 BS> City.
BS> Another 3 percent, or approximately 140 delegates, identify
 BS> themselves as
BS> currently serving in the U.S. military.

BS> In addition to the large percentage of veterans and military
 BS> personnel in
BS> the 2004 delegation, this year's Republican National Convention
 BS> will be the
BS> most diverse in Republican Party history. The 2004 delegation
 BS> shows a 70
BS> percent increase among minority delegates compared to the 2000
 BS> Republican
BS> convention. With President George W. Bush leading the ticket,
BS> African-American representation is up an estimated 65 percent and
BS> Asian-American representation is up nearly 40 percent. This month,
 BS> Hispanic
BS> delegates will be the largest minority group represented, adding
 BS> another 15
BS> percent to the 100 percent surge the Republican Party saw between
 BS> the 1996
 BS> and 2 000 delegations.

BS> The Republican National Committee recently completed certification
 BS> of the
BS> 2,509 delegates and 2,344 alternate delegates who will make up the
 BS> most
BS> diverse Republican delegation in the party's history. In 2004,
 BS> minorities
BS> make up 17 percent of total delegates and women make up 44
 BS> percent. In
BS> 2000, minorities made up 10 percent of total delegates and women
 BS> made up 36
BS> percent. In 1996, minorities made up 6.3 percent of total
 BS> delegates and
BS> women made up 33 percent.

And here you just shot yourself in the head. "The RNC recently completed
certification of the 2509 delegates..." Do you really think they're going to
certify a delegate who can't legally be one? Don't be idiotic. As far as that
goes, restrictions on active duty personnel getting involved in politics have
to do with those ON active duty. As long as they don't wear uniforms and
restrict such participation to off-duty hours (or on leave, etc.) they aren't
violating anything.

BS> The 2004 Republican National Convention will be held for the first
 BS> time
BS> ever in New York City at Madison Square Garden from August 30 ñ
 BS> September
BS> 2, 2004. Nearly 50,000 visitors are expected to visit the city for
 BS> the
 BS> occasion.

BS> For more information about the 2004 Republican National
 BS> Convention, please
BS> visit our website at www.gopconvention.com.

Maybe you should try getting some information instead of just spewing garbage.
