You imply they're about as cheap as popcorn.  In John Hull's world,  
paperwork to get medals is authored by the person receiving the medal, 
is not reviewed by any other commanding officers, is approved and  
then altered not once, but twice.  Get your medals right here, boys! 
And this goes on without so much as a question being raised by the  
authorities who eventually approve the award?  And the medals are  
pinned upon the recipients by commanding officers who are dupes in 
all of this?  And they obtained their positions how?  And 30 years  
pass and this is never questioned?

And you're out to prove that?  You try to make something sinister  
out of a delay in paperwork?  Damn, you were in the military, Hull? 
And you can't think of many possible reasons for the delay?  Man, you  
should quit making yourself look like a complete idiot.  Seriously. 
 
Tell me something, Hull.  How is it that the military's paperwork is 
so vulnerable to revision and forgery, as you pretend it to be? 
Aren't these people charged with making things secure?  Aren't they 
supposed to be providing Homeland Security?  And they can't secure 
their own paperwork and prevent it from being manipulated by some 
liberal with political ambitions?  Tell me something else, Hull.  
How many dupes do you think he had working on the inside to achieve  
this?  And how did he get them to cooperate with his schemes?  And  
one other thing, Hull.  If it's that damn easy to do all of this, 
maybe that explains why we can't find the attendance records to  
support the claim that Bush didn't miss required Guard duty.  How  
many dupes were involved in falsifying those records or making them 
disappear?  Just asking, because you make it sound so easy.
