I agree whole-heartedly. It is the small businessman/entrepreneur who suffers
most with the death tax.

It's hypocrites like George Soros, John Kerry, and their ilk with their money
in off-shore accounts that should be taxed hard. The incentive should be to put
their money into helping the economy and not hiding it from the IRS. The
hypocracy is that Soros calls for higher taxes on the wealthy while he hides
his off-shore.
