Hello Sugar Daddy Jesse Jackson?  What is the "Law of the Land"?

The Rev. Jesse Jackson has written his son, U.S. Rep. Jesse Jackson, Jr.
(D-IL) and asked him to change the "Law of the Land".  Rep. Jackson was
glad to oblige, filing an amendment to the Constitution guaranteeing the
right to vote for all Americans.
