JH>Not one little bit.  But tell me, if you pull all the troops out of

Excuse me?  When did I ever say to pull out of Afghanistan?  Along with
all other patriotic Americans, I want Osama bin Laden and Mullah Omar to
be brought to justice, along with the entire al-Qaeda gang and Taliban
gang done away with.

Rather than root out al-Qaeda and the Taliban from Afghanistan, Bush
made a 180-degree turn and invaded Iraq.  IOW, Bush let Osama bin Laden
get away with the murder of some 3000 of our countrymen, from an attack
by his gang on U.S. soil.  How does that make you feel?  As a patriotic
American, I am appalled.

What we have today in Afghanistan is bumper crops of poppies.  And that
means more heroine than all the drug addicts in the world can consume in
a year.  And that is just from one season of poppies.  Imagine that.
Last year 6100 tons of poppies was collected, amounting to 610 tons of
heroine.  That was the largest crop on record.  And this year's crop
is just as good as last year's crop.  Isn't that wonderful?  Addicts of
the world rejoice!  The Taliban is feeding your addiction!  All thanks
to the glorious George W. Bush!

It was Bush's idea to invade Iraq.  Not mine.

Bush's reasons for invading Iraq had nothing to do with Iraq having
"stockpiles of WMD", which we all know were non-existent. Bush's reasons
for invading Iraq had nothing to do with Iraq having nuclear weapons,
which we all know Iraq had none.  Bush's reasons for invading Iraq had
nothing to do with Iraq having programs to make WMD's or nuclear
weapons, which we all know Iraq had none.  Bush's reason (his real and
only reason) for invading Iraq had nothing to do with the above reasons,
or for any of the other reasons he may have mentioned, but rather
because Bush needed a war in order to win a second term in office. And
finding Osama bin Laden had proven far too difficult a task for Bush.
After all, the American people were not about to vote for a loser.
Especially a loser who could not find or bring to justice those who
murdered our own countrymen on our soil.

Redeployment of our troops from Iraq to Afghanistan would do the trick.

JH>NOTHING but "pull the troops out of Iraq" (and create even more chaos and

The Iraqis will figure things out very quickly as to how to have
a peaceful Iraq once we leave.  And thousands upon thousands of our
nation's servicemen and servicewomen will be spared their lives.
As such, it will be a win-win situation for the USA.  As well as
for Iraq.  Maybe not so much for Osama bin Laden and al-Qaeda, or
Mullah Omar and the Taliban, but that would be their problem.
Not ours.
