Don't bother with trying anything else, just gun 'em down? How about some scale
of punishment for the crime?

So its ok to label them with racial slurs by calling them wetbacks and then gun
them down as they cross the border?

I support putting up a wall and having it patrolled. I support appropriate
action to stop them from committing crimes as they do this such as endangering
lives, destroying private property, rape, assault, etc. up to shooting them if
need be to stop it.

I don't like the idea of amnesty for those that are already here, but there is
no way we can realistically round up millions and send them back.

Perhaps granting them some kind of extended work visa that they would need to
have to remain here and get services like school and medical help, drivers
licenses, etc.

They would have to apply for citizenship and wait like everyone else to get it.
If they did not have work for an extended period, send them back.

Crack down on those who do not have these cards, make local law enforcement
able to deal with those violations by imprisonment or deportation.

We have to actively go after businesses that knowingly hire illegals and not
just fines, but criminal prison time.

We can protect this country by not gunning down people trying to cross the
border.

I suspect there is more to this desire to gun down illegals trying to get into
this country when its married with the wetback descriptions by some. Its
becomes a racial thing.
