The term means Mexicans who swam across the US-Mexican border to get into the
US illegally. It is racially specific, especially when used in reference to the
south.

Stop the open door for them to come across and jobs and they will stop coming.

Maybe not as exciting as gunning them down, but certainly more humane and in
line with the morals and ethics of this country.
