You can tell that this loss has really gotten to some of them, though.  Juan
Williams on Fox was really losing it last night, almost getting into a shouting
match with one of his colleagues on air.

What amazes me is that even with the analysts dissecting this thing and talking
about "what went wrong" for Kerry, the Dems haven't apparently learned a thing.
 They are already pushing for Hillary to run in 2008.  They don't seem to get
that she is even more liberal than Kerry, and that 54% of the American
electorate just told liberalism to take a hike!  You watch, they will spend the
next two years crying in their beer over this election, accusing the
Republicans of dirty tricks and who knows what sort of crimes, and then in 2006
they will start pushing Hillary hard to run.

One of their senior party people (I didn't see who was talking) said last night
in response to a question from O'Reilly that the Democrat Party has to rebuild
from the ground up, and get back to the grass roots base that it had back in
the days of FDR and Truman.  (Personally, I don't think that's far enough back,
since the foundation of the modern DNC was laid in FDR's time.) The point
though, is that very few of the Democrats even have a clue as to what went
wrong, let alone how to fix it, and the ones who do are walking away in
disgust.
