Back in the days of George H.W. Bush, it was "family values".
Then "family values" morphed into "traditional values".  It has
since morphed into "moral values".  Yet no person or group has
a monopoly on such values.

SA>society from the dawn of civilization, when they were known as the
SA>Seven Noahide Laws;

According to who?  Remember, not everybody is Jewish.  And not all
Jews belong the same "tribe" of Judaism.  Jews do not have a monopoly
on moral values.  Nor does any other group.

SA>Whereas without these ethical values and principles the edifice of
SA>civilization stands in serious peril of returning to chaos;

According to who?  Just because one group says their moral values are
the correct values does not make it so.  David Koresh and the Branch
Davidians certainly viewed their version of moral values as being the
correct values.  Does that mean David Koresh and the Branch Davidians
were right?

SA>Whereas society is profoundly concerned with the recent weakening of
SA>these principles that has resulted in crises that beleaguer and
SA>threaten the fabric of civilized society;

What principles?  Even if such principles existed, what interpretation
of those principles would be correct?  And who is to say those who
disagree are wrong?

SA>citizens of this Nation lose sight of their responsibility to transmit
SA>these historical ethical values from our distinguished past to the
SA>generations of the future;

Justified?  By who?

SA>Whereas the Lubavitch movement has fostered and promoted these ethical

Aha.  The Cult of Lubavitch.  :)
