Why post such an anti-American diatribe?  Or should I say, "communist"
rant?  For somebody who claims to be against apartheid, why support
apartheid along ethnic lines?  After all, that is what Russia is doing -
supporting a candidate who will act as a puppet for Russia.

Putin, hosting Ukrainian President Leonid Kuchma, opposing a revote

U.S. President George W. Bush retaliated to Putin's comments, saying
Ukraine "...ought to be free from any foreign influence."

Yet it is Putin who continues to peddle his own influence in Ukrainian
affairs, openly supporting the candidacy of Prime Minister Viktor
Yanukovych in the election, while strongly opposing opposition leader
Viktor Yushchenko.

"A revote could be conducted a third, a fourth, a 25th time, until one
side gets the results it needs." - Russian President Vladimir Putin

Well, given that the election was stolen in favor of Putin's candidate,
why should Putin want to have a revote?

Naturally, Putin continued, saying a runoff would "yield nothing."

Russian President Putin and Ukrainian President Kuchma are in cahoots,
as shown by Kuchma's comments -

"I don't know a single country that has such a legal norm as a revote."

Let's get one thing straight.  Vladimir Putin is a Communist.  And a
former KGB man.  Leonid Kuchma is also a Communist.  And like Vladimir
Putin, Leonid Kuchma also loves Mother Russia.

Of course, neither Putin nor Kuchma wish to recognize the wishes of the
Ukrainian people.  That is why they so strongly oppose a revote.

But then, what else would one expect from a Communist?

However, opposition leader Viktor Yushchenko recognizes those
wishes, and where those wishes come from, saying "...the source
of power is located in Ukraine - it's the Ukrainian people."

What will the Ukrainian people do if the will of the people is not
respected?  Yushchenko says it best, "If a revote date isn't set quickly
after the Supreme Court's ruling, we will take adequate steps against
the government."

Naturally, Communists such as Vladimir Putin and Leonid Kuchma will
not let that happen.  With Russian President Putin seeking to rebuild
the former U.S.S.R., Ukraine must be firmly within Russia's sphere of
influence.  An independent Ukraine can thus never be allowed to exist.

The author of the article, John Laughland, is undoubtedly a
Communist.  And those who post messages such as this are Communists.
Or at least Communist sympathizers.

Communists, and their sympathizers, do not support democracy.
In fact, Communists, and their supporters, are anti-democratic.

Vladimir Putin is the anti-democratic leader of Russia.
Viktor Kuchma is the anti-democratic leader of Ukraine.
Viktor Yasukovych is Putin's and Kuchma's choice to be
the next anti-democratic leader Ukraine.

Yushchenko, on the other hand, is a democrat.  And those who
support his candidacy are democrats.  That is why Communists
(and their sympathizers), will always oppose such individuals.
