I don't know, did a windmill farm get blocked?

I was speaking about a renewable energy form to replace petroleum distilates
that are currently used in our cars.

I would like to see governmental incentives that would stimulate the
development, sale and use of such products as biodiesel. 

But maybe I'm wrong.  Maybe the current administration has the development
of alternative fuels high on the agenda.  But if so, I'm certainly not
seeing it anywhere.
