   You mean when Bill Clinton sent cruise missiles into Baghdad he was
committing war crimes? And his ventures into Haiti, Serbia, Sudan, etc
were all done without a declaration of war.   Funny, listening to many 
Democrats and the Get-Bush-Bots with their on/off sense of ethics, you'd 
never know this.

  The invasion was an allied/UN venture, authorized by a joint resolution 
which was passed overwhelmingly by both Republicans and Democrats.

   And apparently Democrats (and you?) are only peeved about it because 
it happened under Bush.  They were silent when Clinton was sending cruise
missiles into Baghdad, and his ventures into Haiti, Serbia, etc.

   In Serbia, the air war from March to June 1999 represented the largest
commitment of American military personnel the Persian Gulf War, done 
without a declaration of war.

   So before I take the flagrant hypocrites in the DNC and their 
complaining seriously on such issues, they must first establish their 
standing to do so.  ie. They have no platform to be crowing about 
Bush....esp since Bush had a joint resolution which in fact authorized 
our troops to be part of the allied invasion in '03.
